The Manchester Community Action Coalition(MCAC) is a grassroots organizing, community engagement and peer support work with marginalized community members in the Manchester community. A predominantly Black and People of Color-led organization, we are providing critical support to our most impacted residents to empower families, boys and girls of color in their academic success, leadership and pathways for meaningful community engagement to support most impacted residents in creating solutions that meet their needs and receive peer support from others. Our vision is that people of color in Manchester, particularly our BIPOC youth and families, will have equal opportunity and representation in community and civic matters.
