Navigate the Manchester Stars

Futures Ahead

Evidenced-based program supporting high school students with curriculum, technology and mentorship that sets them on a path of educational success during high school and their future after graduation. High school student mentees attend class weekly with BBBSNH team member and are matched with mentors from the local community where they collaborate virtually on weekly assignments that enhance class room discussions on leadership and workforce development skills. BBBSNH hosts monthly in-person group meetings scheduled during the school day to enhance sense of community and experiential learning.

Being a member of the Partnership Network Work Group since it was founded and seeing the evolution of our partnerships growing has been rewarding. We are working to assure that there are equitable and accessible partnership opportunities through a consistent,clear process and expectations for all partners. This work is enabling Manchester to have sustainable, community driven programming to increase support and opportunities, while improving student outcomes. At the same time we are communicating with teachers, students, families and the community at large about our partners and resources through Compass.
