BCNH helps refugees and other immigrants navigate their way to safe, healthy, productive, prosperous, and connected lives in New Hampshire. The organization’s case managers are refugees and immigrants themselves and speak the languages of Manchester’s largest refugee communities.  For a complete list of services, please visit www.bcinnh.org.

Basic needs are defined as something that we must have in order to live. Recognizing that our students cannot thrive when they may be worried about basic necessities, this section provides resources across the community where essential services and supports can be found.

Early childhood education not only prepares our youngest students to be in school, but also supports the development of a child’s social and emotional skills.

Being a member of the Partnership Network Work Group since it was founded and seeing the evolution of our partnerships growing has been rewarding.
