Friends Forever International (FFI) provides no-cost, experiential learning and leadership development programs for New Hampshire high school students aged 14-18. Based in Durham, NH, our programs combine hands-on learning, wellness practices, team building, public speaking, service learning and community engagement to help students build self-confidence, empathetic communication skills, and a sense of belonging.
FFI offers NH Department of Education–approved, credit-bearing programs covering 8 subject areas and over 70 course topics that allow students to earn academic credit outside the traditional classroom while engaging in real-world learning. Our week-long, residential program model includes mental health awareness, healthy living, relationship-building, peer mentorship, outdoor physical play, and leadership workshops.
Through cooking meals together, collaborating on challenges, volunteering in the community, and reflecting on their growth with alumni mentors, students learn by doing. All programs are fully scholarship-based, removing financial barriers for families and ensuring access for students who may struggle to thrive in conventional school settings.
