MPAL offers a wide range of athletic and enrichment programs designed to help youth stay active, build confidence, and develop life skills in a safe, supportive environment. Through movement, teamwork, mentorship, and hands-on learning, participants strengthen both their physical and emotional well-being while learning the values of respect, responsibility, and community.
Current programs include Aikido, Boxing, Dodgeball, Indoor Soccer, Skateboarding, Wrestling, Real Champions Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, the S.H.E. (Strong. Healthy. Empowered.) program for girls, and Cooking. Each program provides opportunities for youth to grow through physical activity, skill-building, leadership, and positive connections with caring adult mentors, including volunteers from law enforcement, the fire department, and the community.
All MPAL programs are free of charge, with registration required.
