Our doors are open to everyone, regardless of financial means. Whether you have private insurance, Medicaid, or no insurance at all, you’re welcome here. We offer additional services like case management, language interpretation, and financial assistance to meet your unique needs and provide the support and connections
needed to access quality care.
During every visit, whether for adults, adolescents, or children, we ask about your family’s overall well-being, including access to food and housing. If needed, our team can quickly connect you with counseling and local support services through our on-site case managers and social workers.
We believe in diversity and inclusivity and are available to talk confidentially with teenagers about forming healthy social relationships. Through strong partnerships with the Manchester School District, we offer mental health counseling in middle, high, and select elementary schools. Additionally, we provide school-based healthcare services at Beech Street and Gossler Park elementary schools. We also organize special events for parents or caregivers in our community where you can connect with others and get valuable support.
