During every visit, whether for adults, adolescents, or children, we ask about your family’s overall well-being, including access to food and housing. If needed, our team can quickly connect you with counseling and local support services through our on-site case managers and social workers.
We are available to talk confidentially with teenagers about forming healthy social relationships. Through strong partnerships with the Manchester School District, we offer mental health counseling in middle, high, and select elementary schools. We also organize special events for parents or caregivers in our community where you can connect with others and get valuable support.
