Please scroll to the bottom of this page to access the PDF document.

This document is created by the City of Manchester Health Department: The purpose of this Food Resource Guide is to provide residents, community organizations, and City Departments with contact information for agencies that are providing food assistance and related resources for individuals and families in need. This is a working document. The goal is to update the Food Resource Guide annually with new, updated or previously unlisted services. The Guide will be posted on the Manchester Health Department’s website at www.manchesternh.gov/health.

Being healthy is so important to enable learning and building a positive and engaging community.

Basic Needs

Basic needs are defined as something that we must have in order to live. Recognizing that our students cannot thrive when they may be worried about basic necessities, this section provides resources across the community where essential services and supports can be found.

Early Childhood

Early childhood education not only prepares our youngest students to be in school, but also supports the development of a child’s social and emotional skills.
